Design and construction of landlord alteration work to Unit A subdividing for B&M Stores on the ground floor and Pure Gym on the 1st Floor. The work will include full internal strip out, new FR division wall (full height) new mezzanine floor, and associated foundations (including slab reinstatement) stairs and lift. The external cladding will be replaced with new and minor remedial work will be carried out on the roof.
