Pre-Construction Director
With over 15 years of experience, Andrew has an extensive understanding of the commercialism and cost management of projects, having successfully delivered a variety of high-profile schemes. He has transferred his commercial delivery skills to establish our Pre-Construction Department to shape the future strategic direction of our business.
Andrew is responsible for the Pre-Construction activities of the business – heading up business development, marketing, client and consultant engagement and early identification of opportunities. He is also responsible for the management of the completion of PQQ’s and tenders in line with the business strategy.
Andrew maintains a client network to help develop collaborative procurement and as part of the Senior Management Team, supports the other Directors responsible for the overall management of the business.
