Bect is proud to mark a significant milestone in the delivery of the 16-bed Specialist Residential Care Facility in Rhigos Road.
Today, we celebrated the topping-out ceremony and were honoured to be joined by the Mayor of Rhondda Cynon Taf, Sheryl Evans, Council staff, Squirrel Wood Properties, the executive team at M&D Care, and the wider project team to mark this exciting moment.
The roof structure is complete, and roof tiling will begin on Monday, June 30th. This key milestone will make the building watertight, allowing us to proceed with internal work and M&E installation. We expect the project to be completed in Autumn 2025.
