Weldale St. Reading Phase 2

This project involves the construction of a 10-storey residential building in the heart of Reading. It has been negotiated with our repeat business client Ropemaker Properties Limited, following the successful completion of a similar development in central Cardiff.

The building will comprise 165 BTR residential units, a reception area, tenants amenity space, and a landscaped external courtyard. The development will include undercroft car parking, new incoming services, and extensive external works.
