Brecon Mountain Rescue Headquarters

Following the Brecon Mountain Rescue Team’s inspiring effort to raise funds, work is well underway on the new HQ.

The Brecon Mountain Rescue Team is a dedicated group of volunteers who provide emergency rescue services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year throughout Mid Wales. Due to the increasing demand for their assistance, there is an urgent need for them to acquire a new base.

The new headquarters will be designed to enable the crews to respond quicker to emergency calls and will have extra space to carry out additional training exercises to help continue saving lives.  It will also have extra space to store life-saving equipment.
