This speculative industrial roadside development comprises 8 no. separate units which can accommodate flexible uses including office, retail, trade counter and general warehousing. The building totals 20,000 sq.ft. to floor areas equivalent to 50% of the ground floor. The building itself is constructed of a traditional portal steel frame externally clad in a mix of built-up and composite cladding systems. Externally there is staff and visitor parking to the front of the units with service access via a roller shutter to the rear.
