As part of the UK government’s wider plans to build civil servant bases across the UK, this investment in Wales made a meaningful impact on the area’s regeneration, helping to create social and economic growth.

This 133,000 sq. ft building, completed in the last quarter of 2020, is home to more than 1,700 public servants. The new site created a more efficient and flexible working environment, to deliver a wide range of vital services to people in Wales and beyond.
