We are delighted to announce another contract award with our valued client, The Whitbread Group Plc, for a new three-storey extension at the Premier Inn Barry Island.
The new extension will be located on the north side of the existing hotel and will gain an additional 21 en-suite bedrooms.
The external finishes of the extension will match those of the existing building and will include sand-faced red multi-brick walls, off-grey aluminium windows and doors, and a grey single-ply membrane flat roof with a parapet wall.
