From the needs of individual Clients to those of large corporate entities, BECT has the capacity to work to budget, to time and always, to the highest possible standards.  BECT over the last 5 years have been appointed by Rightacres Property Company to carry out main contractor works on various schemes, from new build office developments to major hotel refurbishment works. We value that Rightacres, year upon year have returned to ourselves to negotiate any forthcoming project.

Schemes for Rightacres

1.  New Build Office Complex - Cardiff (£8m)

2.  Refurbishment of major office block to 165 bed Holland House Hotel - Cardiff - (£5m).

3.  New Build 101 bed sister hotel to above, Central Way, Cardiff - (£1.2m).

4.  New construction of 4 storey office development at Trade Street, Cardiff, subsequently let to Arriva trains (£2.2m).

5.  New Construction of 2 semi-detached offices let to Open University & Unison in centre of Cardiff - (£2.8m).

6.  Refurbishment of major office block in Bristol to 200 bed hotel, Holland House, Bristol -  (£4.5m).

7.  Magden Park, Llantrisant - 6500 sq ft of office space in 5 separate buildings - (£5m).

BECT was involved in its own development of four speculative houses in Penarth. This exclusive development was carried out as a joint venture, in co-operation with the landowner. All properties have since been sold. One of these houses was purchased by the landowner, himself - an accolade, we feel, to BECT's unremittingly high standards.
