Upgrade and change of use at Iorwerth Jones, Llanishen

BECT Have successfully completed the upgrade and change of use at Iorwerth Jones, Llanishen to a 45 bed mental health unit from a previously owned nursing home.

The scheme - value approximately £1.5 million was completed in an extremely tight timescale of 26 weeks. Site Manager Keith Bulmar. Patients actually occupied the unit on time as planned weekend of 25th/26th October.
