Bowel Screening Unit for Velindre NHS Trust a fit out contract for the Trust in one of the buildings constructed at Magden Park where we are the main Contractor for Rightacres Property Co. Ltd. This £450k fit out was completed in just 8 weeks on site, a great emphasis on the Mechanical and Electrical items, sequence of works controlled by Jeff Thomas Site Director and handed over on time.
