BECT complete refurbishment of SARC

BECT have completed the refurbishment of SARC (Sexual Attack Referral Centre) at Cardiff Royal Infirmary for the Home Office, managed by Cardiff and Vale NHS Trust, value approx 250K and Gareth Bulmer's first major scheme as a Site Manager.
